I own and operate a boutique Real Estate & Probate Law Firm and Title Company in Florida, helping homeowners, lenders, and developers successfully reach their real estate goals.
My mission is to increase honesty and transparency with payments so that money doesn’t get in the way of people having a better experience, every time they do business. I founded Marina Title, LLC in 2014 to help achieve that goal. Build Safe Escrow is the next major step in leveling the playing field and helping homeowners, contractors and lenders have a better and more secure experience when it comes to new construction and remodel projects.

My career began in the corporate world, where I led marketing departments for Fortune 500 companies as they positioned their brands in the Latin American markets. This experience taught me the value of strategic communication and the importance of trust in business.
The idea for Build Safe Escrow started when my contractor ran off with all the money I’d paid for an already drawn-out home improvement job, leaving me with nothing but an expensive headache and cleanup. I vowed to prevent that from happening to other homeowners and to ensure all the dedicated contractors receive fair compensation for their hard work. For the last 10 years, I’ve been building my own companies, all while proudly raising my three amazing children. At Build Safe Escrow, we bring a personal touch to construction financing, making an often impersonal process more human and approachable.
